Where do you ship?
For the time being, we ship to Malaysia, Thailand (Bangkok), Singapore, Indonesia (Jakarta, West Java & Bali), South Africa, Russia, UK and USA. We will do more International shipping soon! Our goal is to offer you the best delivery experience, no matter where you live. So please bear with us 🙂
What happens if my parcel is unclaimed and returned to sender?
We allow 14 days from date of purchase for the owner to claim their parcel, if it is unclaimed and returned to sender, you forfeit your parcel and additional will have to be purchased.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once your order has been shipped we do not offer cancellation refunds.
